Tritiani is located in a very beautiful and unique traditional settlement with old mansions and narrow alleyways, offering the visitor a sense of the old Santorini and Cycladic living. The Home is completely renovated, its architecture and decor combine the Cycladic tradition with minimal contemporary lines achieving a great and relaxing balance. Tritiani is a perfect choice for a totally pleasant and unforgettable stay on the beautiful island of Santorini!
Location
Away from the crowds, Tritiani Traditional Home is located in Messaria, a small beautiful village that lies at the center of Santorini, 3,5 kilometers away from Fira and it forms a junction that provides access to the famous black volcanic beaches, the impressive archeological sites, and the rest of the traditional settlements.
Messaria village dates back to the 17th century. In the 19th century it was the industrial center of the island, awash with cave houses and mansions. Today Messaria has an undeniable sense of beauty as it displays a classy Cycladic atmosphere.
The manor houses of Argyros, Markezinis and Saliveros, which still stand on the village - all at a walking distance from Tritiani - are the landmarks of Messaria for their distinct architecture and style.
Tritiani is situated in a very convenient location, close to all local amenities. Transportation - local buses - is approximately 150 meters from the residence with connections to all the nearby beaches - which are 3 to 8 km away - the airport and the harbor. While local restaurants & taverns, supermarkets, groceries, coffee shops, a private medical clinic and a pharmacy are within a few minutes' walk.
